		<description>Honestly I have no idea what other example of applications that show the power of the crowd. But I do admire to Starbucks programme to gather the customers feedback and it doesn&#039;t stop with that. Starbuck use it as tool of improvement. Many other companies seems try to collect customers opinion (even maybe they put suggestion box), but they end up with just collecting. No improvement step taken based on customer feed back.</description>
